Janssen has 2 databases of 1603 patients:Data contains information from 2 studies: Mild to moderate AD, community-dwelling Severe AD, nursing home residents

The placebo data from these trials describes a natural history of psychosis in AD (n=285); (n=162)

What was done with the data:

Experts correlated scale-items and item-scores with their clinical experience to identify characteristics of AD patients with psychosisDelusions/hallucinations subscales: NPI of 4 or greater or BEHAVE-AD of 2 or greater
