Based on the statistical information from the department of tourism, and the
trends which are emerging for the hospitality and tourism industry in India, it
would be right to say that, it is a high growth sector having huge potential in terms
of increasing tourist inflow, room nights, category of travellers & likewise.
Considering the highly volatile conditions prevailing in the financial and the stock
markets, Tourism and Hospitality is one of the few sectors which promises
consistent high returns on investment. This scenario has led to a situation where
quite a few companies are diversifying into Hotel industry without having any prior
knowledge and experience of the industry.
Fact remains - Hotel industry is a highly capital-intensive industry , therefore,
inadequate know-how, lack of functional experience, no access to strategic market
information, and failure to channelise resources - all lead to cost escalation, delays
in project execution, and poor overall quality. In simple economic terms, poor
Returns On Investment.
PHEL, India comes to your rescue and makes sure the timely and cost effective
completion of the project and provides value-added services by way of developing a
product which is highly marketable, with standardised quality and is rightly
positioned in the market.

For providing business solutions to our clients in a market scenario which is highly
volatile and competitive PHEL defines its business activities around the core-
competencies of its core team. Broadly the areas are :
I. Feasibility
As project consultants in this stage we study the market forces at work and their
multiplier affects. This involves thorough evaluation & analysis of the factors which
are crucial for viability of the project. This in turns forms the foundation for a
successful venture. Feasibility is required to conduct the TWOS analysis with respect to
the proposed project & the industry
II. Concept Design & Development
A comprehensive study of the above factors reveals the GAPS which exists in the
prevailing market scenario. Around this Gap we then develop alternative concepts and
designs for the proposed venture. This “Market Driven approach” ensures that the
final product/ service which appear after this stage would be aligned to the market
demand & supply, ensuring a highly effective, competitive strategy for developing
product differentiation based on the concept. The end result being - a rightly positioned
and market specific product.
Creating Synergy is Key to our operational success as reflected by our various
divisions, we have integrated our services, both, backward and forward. We at PHEL
maintain a strong Network of support teams through our various associates; whoosh
coupled with our core team of highly qualified and experienced professionals ensures
effective delivery of high quality standards, efficiency and client satisfaction. PHEL
maintains a lean and mean structure and operates on the basis of customised - RAFT
