The Penn State Board of Trustees has 30 voting members, 8 standing committees and 4 sub-committees.Of the 30 voting members, 9 are alumni-elected trustees. (Roughly one third of the total board). How can it be that although alumni trustees make up a third of the vote, yet have ZERO representation on the Executive Committee (which is made up of the Chairs of the all the committees, plus the Board Chair & non-voting exofficio President of the University)?No where is it more clear what the old-guard crony BOT members think of alumni than the line they've drawn in the sand on committee selection. #REFORM
