Lack of Accessibility Lack of Convenience

Central Library not so central!

Lack of time and other conditions like bad weather discourage people from visiting the library.

There is a need to encourage more students to use the library services more frequently.

Velomobiles and cabin cycles are increasingly popular in colder and/or wetter countries as low-cost, zero-emission vehicles to haul cargo.

The HPV serve as advertisement mediums to get additional income.
