No. __________ Introduced by Senator Rodel “Henry Sy” Navarro RESOLUTION INFORMING THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES THAT A QUORUM IS PRESENT IN THE SENATE, AND THAT THIS BODY HAS ENTERED UPON THE EXERCISE OF ITS FUNCTIONS FOR THE FIRST REGULAR SESSION OF THE SEVENTEENTH CONGRESS OF THE PHILIPPINES Resolved by the Senate, That the House of Representatives be informed that a quorum is present in the Senate, and that this Body has entered upon the exercise of its functions for the First Regular Session of the Seventeenth Congress of the Philippines.
