PSITE-WV was recognized as a regional chapter in UNO-R, Bacolod City with Dr. Elmer Haro as its first President in year 2001.

Criteria: Academic performance, research/capstone project, leadership and extra co-curricular activities

The school recommends the awardees based on the given criteria

Deserving graduating students of PSITS-WV Institutional Member schools receives a Medal and Certificate of Academic Excellence Award in IT.
