How to create an ene rgy ball, y our own Psi Ball… 1.Press tip of each finger of your left hand, three times by using your right hand. 2.Press the cup or center of your palm of your left hand, with the thumb of the right hand, thrice. 3.Repeat both these exercises for your right hand. 4.Rub both hands vigorously, to energi ze them. 5.Bring the cup of both your palms, at a distance of 4-5 inches. 6.Concentrate , visualize and do deep breathing exercise at least 8 to 10 times, with your mind focused on the center of the energy ball. 7. Stay in this position for some time say 2-3 mins and feel the energy ball . 8.Now rotate both your hands in a clock wise movement for atleast 12-15 times, starting slowly and gaining speed. 9.Now repeat the rotational movement in the anti- clockwise direction. 10.Bring both the hand close at a distance of 4-5 inches. 11.stretch the distance to 10-12 inches and bring them back close to each other. 12.All through out this exercise feel the energy ball and the sensations o f either heat, cool ness or some tickling ef fect. 13.Bring your Psi ball, now close to heart chakra and focus

it.Let the energy flow inside.14Make similar movements with other charkas andsensate.Because of this having other energy sources to draw from can

help you avoid getting too tired. Choose an energy source youenjoy to draw energy from. Feel energy from that source flowinginto you. You can picture it as a garden hose pouring energy intoyou, or as a waterfall all around you. You might picture it as lightsurrounding and filling you, or a fire warming you. The energy surrounds and fills you, raising your energy to a muchstronger level. If you begin to feel lightheaded, imagine aconnection into the ground to let go of the excess energy.Lightheadedness usually means that you have too much energyand need to let some of it go back into the earth, like groundingan electrical system. As you draw energy, take only what feels

appropriate.Don't force it; just gently draw the energy. Forcing it will onlymake it more difficult to get the right amount of energy. Shapingenergy as you draw energy, direct it outward through your hands.Cup your hands as if you were holding a baseball or a ball of cookie dough, with one hand below it and one above it.

Picture the energy flowing from your body, through yourarms, and out through your hands. Feel the energy swirlingand building up between your hands. Make the energy intoa ball between your hands, making it more and moredense as you add energy. Let yourself feel the energybetween your hands. Notice any push or pull between yourhands, any difference in heat, changing density of the air,sparks of light, waviness of the background behind theenergy ball, or anything else that changes.

If you have difficulty creating a strong enough psiball tofeel, try drawing more energy and adding that energy to it.It may take practice to make a strong enough psiball tophysically see, but you should be able to feel it fairlyquickly. Do not worry if you only feel it, and can not see it;that is normal. You may feel a lot of heat between yourhands; this means you have drawn energy through themproperly.

After you are comfortable making a psiball, try workingwith friends. Each person starts by creating their ownpsiball. Then combine all of the psiballs into the center of

the circle. Each person continues to add energy to thecenter. After a few minutes, discuss how each personperceives the energy. As a group, try changing thetemperature or the density of the energy. Practiceregularly to improve your speed at creating psiballs and

your control of them. As you become more comfortablemaking them, try variations. Make shapes other than aball; try fire, a pool of water, a crystal, and any other shapeyou can imagine.

 Try changing the temperature of the energy, making itextra warm or extra cool. Try making the energy carrydifferent emotions, being agitated or soothing. If you havea willing partner, try using an energy ball to tickle them.Make a large energy ball of happy energy, and cover afriend in it. If you do it with a willing friend, but at a time

they don't know what's happening, you can see howstrongly it affects how they feel. (This often has the effectof making the receiver very happy and bouncy, as if they've had too much sugar or caffeine.)

head through the crown . Let the white light move downand spread to every part of your body. As it passes througheach part, feel that specific part getting relaxed.Let the energy move down to your feet, and come outthrough your hands. Feel the energy flowing out through

your palms. Spend a few minutes feeling this energyflowing through your palms.Now hold out both your hands,palms facing each other, about four inches apart. Makesure that your elbows are supported. Slowly start movingyour hand out and in. With each breath that you inhale, letyour hands move out apart a bit, say a few millimetres ,and while exhaling let them come closer. Let your handmovement resemble such an inward and outward motion.Focus all your attention on your palms, and soon you mightexperience some kind of a sensation on your palms. Somepeople have a tickling sensation, while others have a

warmth. Some others might feel a gentle coolness. Allthese are feelings of the energy that builds up betweenyour palms. Once you start feeling it, then with eachbreath move out your hands farther, so that the psi ballincreases in dimension. Make it as tight as it can be, andfocus all your attention on it.

Programming The Psi Ball

Once you create a Psi-ball, then the next step is toprogram it. Visualise a clear picture of your goal...or what

you wish to happen. In case you want someone to get well,visualise the person free from all diseases, happily smiling.Now project this picture into your energy ball. Focus thispicture on your energy ball for a few seconds.Withoutopening your eyes , speak to your energy ball. Tell it to goout into the world, and bring to you what you desire. Thenrelease the energy ball, and open your eyes

beginners it's usually easiest to visualize white light. Justsee the energy coming from the air around you, and slowlybuilding up, becoming a ball of pure energy. After a while,my hands usually start to tingle, or you may be able to seethe ball. Try to do it until you feel your hands tingle. It

might take a few times, but if you keep it up, you'llprobably start to feel it after a while.Once you have the ball to the size you want it at, throw itwith a physical movement of your hands and visualize itgoing where you want it. You can simply visualize it if youwant (without moving your hands as if you are throwing it)but the physical action will probably make it more powerfuland finalized. You can send it off to anything you want, oryou can keep it a while and play with it.
