individuals suspected of cyberbullying

1. Your call or email is collected in Texas and is scrambled

2. Operator takes information and gives you a tip number (keep that number)

3. Information is sent to us and we send information to the school

4. Your school will validate whether tip was actionable or not

5. You will be instructed on how to check your reward status

6. If actionable, you will instructed on how to collect your reward
