Entries are limited to not more than 4 Digital images per secon, category or class- PID Monochrome (Open), PID Monochrome - Theme, PID Color (Open), PID Color - Theme, Nature, Wildlife, Photojournalism and Photo Travel. Digital should not be mixed to make one entry. 4. Each photo can be presented in only one secon. 3. Digital image must bear the tle and secon of the entrant. The digital image files must be in JPEG format and file size maximum 1 MB. Please submit the images with maximum 300dpi resoluon and a maximum of 1024 X 768. If the image is horizontal i.e. in landscape format, the width would be 1024 pixels and the height would be less than this as per composion. Similarly, if the image is vercal or in portrait format, the height would be 768 pixels and the width would be less this as per composion. 5. All entrants in must provide name and country data exactly the same in each exhibion entered to receive proper credit. (a) Acceptances in PID recognized Color secons shall be credited towards PID Color Star Rangs and Who’s Who Color lisngs. Monochrome images accepted in PID recognized Color secons shall only be credited towards PID Color Star Rangs. (b) Acceptances in PID recognized Monochrome secons shall be credited towards PID Monochrome Star Rangs and Who’s Who Monochrome lisngs. 7. Although utmost care will be taken, no responsibility for loss or damage or the during transit or exhibion will be assumed. 8. Unless otherwise at specified in the entry form, permission to copy selected Digital in any way in the press or catalogue etc., in connecon with the exhibion will be assumed. Note: Entrants who indicate that their images may not be reproduced or used “will not be eligible for awards” and “ could be subject to disqualificaon” by the exhibion sponsors. 9. Accepted and awarded images obtained in this exhibion will count towards PSA “Star Rangs” and Who’s Who. 10. No sckers will be issued for accepted Digital Entry. 11. Works by authors who do not pay the registraon fee will not be considered. By parcipang in the contest, the author agrees with the proposions and the rules of the organizers. 13. The submission of entries signifies the acceptance of the above condions by the entrants. 12. Title of Entry / Image should not exceed 35 leers to facilitate computer lisng for catalogue. Use only (A-Z or 0-9) in tles. Each image must have unique tle. 18. PSA Recognized exhibion, that same image, or a like “in camera” or a “reproducon” duplicate of that image: (1) May not be re-entered in any secon of the same Division Star Rangs class in that exhibion regardless of media, format, or tle. 19. Images to be judge through Epson-EB S02 Projector (LED). Pixel Resoluon of the Projector: (1024 X 768). 16. Entries will be judged by YES/NO System. An Entrant’s four images will be distributed throughout four rounds of judging. 15. In Nature, Wildlife, Photojournalism and Travel secon modificaons, adding or removing elements from images, combining separate images or re-arranging or cloning in images will not be accepted. (2) May not be re-tled for entry in any other PSA Recognized Exhibion. Words such as “Untled” or “No Title” are not acceptable as part or all of an image’s tle, nor are camera capture file names or tles consisng of only numbers. 20. PDF Result and pdf Catalogue online on website . If the exhibion determines before, during, or aer the judging that an entrant has submied entries where one or more images fail to comply with these Condions of Entry, including the stated definions, the exhibion reserves the right and discreon to delete the entry form the exhibion and void any or all acceptances or awards. Fees may be forfeited in these circumstances. 17. Images to be judged through LED Projector. The decision of the panel of judges will be final and binding with no appeal. 14.
