improving resistance to corrosion & risks of pipe failure. Prudential was the first pipe manufacturer in the

world to produce electric resistant welded (ERW) sour gas line pipe in 1969.

For over ten years Prudential has produced PS50 HIC resistant line pipe for severe sour service that has

become the industry standard. Prudential has also developed PS10 line pipe for a less severe sour service.
