With more than 20 years of experience in the operating room initiated with the SurgiScope, its robotic neuro-navigation system and its ‘’video/data management’’ devices SurgiMedia and DICOMedia, ISIS offers a brand new range of solutions for the management, control, distribution, display, recording and distribution of the various AUDIO, VIDEO and radiological (DICOM) sources present in the operating room or in endoscopy rooms.

While touch technology is still available to control some of the solutions, it is now complemented by a range of other accessories and devices such as Panel-PCs (PanelMedia range) and large format HD and UHD monitors (SlimDisplayrange) that meet medical standards.

In the case of "integrated rooms", these different control and display elements can be directly embedded in the walls, thus promoting ergonomics but also, and mainly, cleaning and decontamination.

From one discipline to another, from one surgeon to another, each procedure is specific and the often very different levels of requirements. ISIS offers functional solutions and efficient, perfectly adapted to each of the identified needs:

• For a reduced budget or an addition to an existing block, ISIS offers autonomous solutions, mobile or fixed, which are installed in a few hours without disrupting activity and are immediately usable.

• For a brand new room or an "integrated OR" configuration, ISIS intervenes from the project definition stage in order to optimize integration and links between the different elements that will make up your integrated room. With the site, ISIS advises and participates the realization of wiring, sheathing and screen positioning plans surgeons monitors, wall screens, control screens and all turntables interconnection to the medical devices that will be connected to it.

An operating room is a complex environment where the multiplicity of equipment and its technical nature are sometimes a source of misunderstanding on the part of the staff. For these reasons, ISIS devices are developed in collaboration with surgical teams and their interfaces, such as the symbolism of pictograms, are designed to be as intuitive as possible.Because medical devices are constantly evolving, ISIS regularly proposes programs for the evolution of the SurgiMedia and DICOMedia installed base to ensure compatibility with new equipments, and a higher level of functionality or performance.

DICOMedia: far more than a digital light-box

If your needs are limited to radiological image management, ISIS offers you its solution DICOMedia.

Based on a touch screen and optionally equipped with dual VIDEO functionality, DICOMedia not only allows you to view the radiological images during the preparatory phase but also allows you to display your surgical video sources in real time during the surgical phase, all with optimal dynamics and image quality. These sources are connected to a complete video connector panel on the side or back of the screen.

The DICOM Viewer, which is integrated into both DICOMediaand SurgiMedia, allows you to interface with the PACS DICOM worklists, CD rom and USB media in order to import patient studies/series. In order to simplify its ergonomics, only the main functions useful in the operating room are displayed :

SURGISCOPE: HEAD-UP DISPLAYIN THE EYEPIECES OF A MICROSCOPE

The surgical planning data are correlated inreal time with those of the microscope (position, focal length and zoom). The predominant information (contours of the lesion, distances, risk areas) is superimposeddirectly into the eyepieces of the microscope.
