Visa Assistance ServicesAt BBTS we will not only advise you on the Visa requirements but also assist with processing Visas at Embassies and consulates that do not require the applicant’s presence. We will provide this service to applicants whose ticket is booked through us, and whose request is made within acceptable time limits as stipulated by the Embassies and Consulates. We will provide you with this service based on the following conditions.
BBTS will charge a minimal handling fee for visa processing USD 25 per person
The client pays the actual visa fees for requests associated with an international itinerary and tickets booked and purchased through us.
Service request will be expected to be made within normal working hours.

Section 5: Payment Terms and Conditions
In accordance with IATA rules and regulations under which we are licensed, all tickets issued between 1st and 15th of every month shall be paid by 17th of the same month while tickets issued between 16th and 30th /31st of every month shall be paid by 31st of the same month. The short credit period is due to the new Airline payment settlement plan implemented by IATA
This will assist us honor our payments to the airlines, our principal suppliers, on time. It is important that this is observed irrespective of whether the ticket has been utilized, and a refund is then applied for as tickets can only be cancelled in our systems within the same day of issuance and not after.
Below are our terms for payment:
Invoices will be raised immediately after tickets are issued.
All invoices for tickets issued between 1st -15th to be settled latest by 17th of the same month while tickets issued between 16th -30th /31st to be settled latest by 31st of the same month
All tickets issued shall be paid for, regardless of whether travel actually took place or not. A refund will be applied for unutilised tickets upon notification of the same.
Bestbuy Travel Solutions will issue a credit note for all unutilised tickets immediately once we receive the refund from the respective airlines which takes a period of one month to process.
Bestbuy Travel Solutions shall charge a nominal refund handling fee on top of the amount levied by the airlines.
Bestbuy Travel Solutions will ensure all statements are received on time
Bestbuy Travel solutions currency of payment is the Kenya Shilling or USD, unless otherwise advised.
