CAPABILITY STATEMENT To whom it may concern, Bondstrong Pty Ltd is a leading provider of services for composite piping and structural systems covering the Industrial, Marine, Offshore and Oil & Gas sectors. We provide tailored solutions to specific client needs, be it turnkey (design, detail isometrics, stress analysis, procurement, fabrication, installation and commissioning) or material supply only. We actively seek turnkey contract overseas in the Asian Pacific region. Our permanent compliment of staff and operational positions in the company currently stands at forty four (44) and we anticipate growing to between 50 and 60 by the end of 2014. Bondstrong Pty Ltd have instigated an ISO9000 and AS compliant quality management system and plan on completing third party accreditation in early 2014. Bondstrong Pty Ltd, for our composite piping systems, is currently the only company in Asia with ISO14692, part 4 accredited QAQC Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians (fitter/fabricators) for the NOV FGS Bondstrand piping systems. Although this specification has been in effect for quite some time none of the NOV FGS approved fabricators have been fully compliant by not engaging a recognized third party for verification of processes. Bondstrong Pty Ltd have developed a fully compliant training process, verified by Lloyds Register (Fremantle Office) and initiated the first course in December, 2009. Bondstrong Pty Ltd have a comprehensive compliment of qualified welding procedures and coded welders for high pressure pipelines and in plant installations in carbon steel and corrosion resistant alloys (CRA) .
