2021 – 2022 SR Contracts

Effective 07/01/2021

Florida Statue requires the Office of Early Learning to adopt (through a review process) a list of approved curricula that meet the School Readiness Program performance (developmental) standards.

The updated 2021 School Readiness Approved Curriculum List is now available.

This list will be updated annually.

E-Verify Requirements

This is a new requirement that will need to be completed annually during contract renewal after 1/1/2021.

This should be completely filled out, signed, and notarized before uploading to the Portal Profile.

Changes to SR Rates or Holidays

Changes to School Readiness contract rates or holidays are completed through

a 2-step process.

Providers update their Provider Profile, sign and submit.

Provider Services Staff will initiate an electronic amendment in the Portal (under

Contracts for that program year’s SR Contract) for completion and signature.

Any changes that need to be made to your SR Contract and will require an amendment

must be notified in writing to your Provider Support Specialist 14 days prior to the change

effective date. Examples: rates changes, holiday changes, hours of operation changes.

Leads, Aides, and Subs need to be updated in the Portal as they are updated in

the classrooms

E-Verify Requirements

Finance/Reimbursement Update

Monthly Reimbursement

• May and June Parent fees will be paid by the Coalition

• Make sure to upload absence documentation when

submitting attendance

• All reimbursement discrepancies must be reported to the

Coalition within 60 days.

• Please review your monthly reimbursement reports in the

provider portal.

• Attendance must be submitted in the portal no later than

the 3rd business day

• Sign in/out sheets are due to the Coalition by the 8th

business day

This course is for those looking to apply for and participate in the The Early Learning

Coalition of Pasco and Hernando County's (PHELC's) T.E.A.C.H. wrap scholarship program.

It will take you step by step through the process of the entire program. Beginning with

walking you through the application process and taking you all the way through to

acknowledging receipt of funds for the term.

The Wrap Scholarship must be applied for with each new term, is subject to availability

based upon funding, and acceptance into the program for one term does not guarantee

acceptance for a future term.
