Consumer advocacy• Signed an amicus brief filed by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) supporting student Gavin

Grimm against transgender discrimination. • Joined the historic “friend of the court” corporate brief for the repeal of the Defense of

Marriage Act (DOMA).• Supported the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Business Coalition for DOMA Repeal and the

HRC Business Coalition for Benefits Tax Equity.• Signed the Unity Pledge against the controversial Arizona bill allowing business owners the right

to refuse service to customers who do not practice their own religious beliefs.
