We have already had a good “taste” of winter with the recent snow and early cold temperatures. I would like to remind you of a few points to remember during this time of the year. Please keep your sidewalks free of snow and ice (City of Naperville ordinance) so the children and others have a safe place to walk. If you are not able to shovel for any reason, think about “hiring” one of the local young people interested in making some extra money shoveling. During periods of snowfall and every night from 2:00 to 5:00 a.m., also a Naperville requirement, parking is prohibited on city streets. Please be sure to move cars off the street to avoid city tickets or fines. The city plows the subdivision streets at different times depending on city designated “types”. This means you may not have your street plowed when others have already been completed. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact the City of Naperville Department of Public Works at 630-420-6095 or visit their winter operations Website for updates. The River Run Homeowners Association Annual Meeting will take place on Tuesday, March 3, 2015. Board member elections are also held at this time, so if you are interested in running for a board position, please complete the nomination application form found on page 3 in this newsletter. If you have any questions about board service or the application, please feel free to ask one of the current board members for more information. The RRHOA Board and I want to wish you and your family a Happy Holiday Season and Best Wishes for the New Year! • Once the seaming is complete, the General Contractor will add any needed parapet walls, plumbing, and rooftop units before the authorized Duro-Last contractor installs any final curbs and accessories.
• When the project is complete, the contractor submits the material order to Duro-Last using the project name and address.
• A final inspection by Duro-Last is coordinated by the authorized contractor and a Duro-Last warranty is issued.
