Puff Lining & piping Pane Fabric

Silk is breathable and I thought that

perhaps a stripe pattern might be fun.

Since a third color was not suggested, Iwould use the silk or a black silk (or

taffeta) to create interest.

Cotton velvet is also breathable and has a

nice pile. It also has a low sheen

compared to silk or acetate, rayon, ornylon.

This is a silk taffeta of a solid color. Taffeta

is a beautiful fabric that makes a swish

noise when moving.

This is a silk/rayon velvet. It has a higher

sheen (not readily visible in the picture)

and is very soft moving.

A Rouched faux silk taffeta has a great

interestthough not period. It will make

noise when moving and have nice sheen.It is made of polyester so will not breath as

nicely as silk.

This cotton velvet has a low pile with less

sheen than the silk/rayon.
