I. Proposal Overview

Stuart Cove’s Dive Bahamas would like to propose offering Baha Mar guests watersports and retail in the to be discussed beachside and/or poolside buildings. This proposal is to offer Baha Mar guests snorkel rentals and tours, watersports equipment rentals, beginner scuba lessons, SNUBA, or surface supplied snorkeling/scuba diving, SeaTrek or helmet walking, one-person SUBs, plus a full array of scuba diving services and private charters. A full line of watersports equipment will also be provided including light watercraft rentals including Hobbie Cats (Waves), Aqua Cycles, Kayaks and Stand-Up Paddleboards. In addition, Jet Skis will be offered on the main beach. Scuba and snorkeling trips as well as private charters will also be offered to Baha Mar’s guests. Pick-ups will be provided at the Dock or South Ocean via shuttle.

II. Beach & Pool Areas of Operation

We propose offering services to both the beach and family-pool guests. Services at these locations will assist with activity sales in addition to guest towel service distribution.

Example operations at Atlantis

Ideally, we propose a main watersports facility on the Baha Mar Beach or near the dock that will serve as the activities center for all operations. Rentals and activities will be managed via this center. Interior design will be professional and reflect the local atmosphere of the resort, beach and pool ambience, similar to below or as recommended by Baha Mar in keeping with the hotel’s theme.

III. Proposed Activities to be Offered

Activities for beach and family-pool guests are proposed as follows, based on what we currently offer Lyford Cay and Atlantis guests:

1. Private Dive Charters Private Sightseeing, Snorkeling and Dive Charters are available on our assortment of 10 plus boats available for charter, ranging from full-size custom dive boats to ski boats:

Guests will be picked-up at the dock and can choose from a variety of activities and offerings. 2. Snorkeling Tours

Snorkeling Excursions can depart from the Baha Mar Dock, or South Ocean, depending upon the needs and number of guests.

3. Guided SNUBA Tours

We will offer a unique scuba experience to guests using surface supplied scuba or SNUBA. The program would include an orientation by a certified and insured SNUBA instructor. Once the orientation is complete, guests will be taken on a 30-minute underwater tour.

4. SeaTrek Helmet Walking Tours

Marketed as “Walking With Sharks at Atlantis” the SeaTrek helmet walk allows almost anyone to experience the underwater world, without even needing to know how to swim. The SeaTrek walk is currently offered in the main Mayan Temple Shark tank at Atlantis, and guests pay $110 per person for the 20-minute underwater walk. We would like to propose a similar underwater walk in one or more of the aquariums, pools or other water features planned for the water park area.

5. Guided Scuba Lessons/Tours

We plan to offer Baha Mar dock or South Ocean daily departures depending upon the guest needs and numbers. This Discover Scuba Course is taught by internationally recognized certified and insured diving instructors, in accordance with all training standards and will be offered daily in the Family pool for a fee. Currently Lyford Cay offers this service for $45 per person, and Atlantis is priced at $35 per person. 6. Reef Tours Utilizing the existing artificial reef near shore, all water activities will be offered to take advantage of the marine life on and around the structures.

6. Non-Motorized Equipment Rentals

We would like to offer Aqua Cycles, Sea Kayaks, Stand-Up Paddleboards and 15’ Hobie Cat “Wave” rental craft for the guests enjoyment. The number of items offered would be dependent on the storage space available on the beach at night. We will have available an appropriate rescue vessel for use as needed.

7. Motorized Equipment Rentals Jet Ski use will be offered exclusively to registered Baha Mar guests. A fleet of first-quality Jet Skis will be maintained along with staff and a safety craft.

IV. Liability Overview

Industry standard liability and medical forms and procedures will be utilized for all watersports activities. Similar high-quality standards and procedures will be employed as are currently in place at South Ocean, Lyford Cay, Albany Watersports and Atlantis Resorts.

V. Proposed Watersports Facility Management & Retail Operation

Stuart Cove's Dive Bahamas operates several major retail operations, selling apparel, beach accessories, and other resort-related items. The various locations are as follows:

1) South Ocean, 2,500 sq. ft. retail operation

2) Albany Watersports retail operation (smaller 500 sq. ft. facility)

3) Lyford Cay Watersports stand-alone upscale retail operation

The Lyford Cay Watersports operation offers Wakeboarding, Skiing and other watercraft activities. The retail store, pictured below, offers an assortment of upscale resort wear and related beach accessories.

The new Baha Mar Watersports center will be decorated in a professional and similar manner as the resort and offer related apparel and watersports accessories.

4) Towel-Hut Stand-Alone Retail Operations

At Atlantis, the towel huts serve also as retail and activity sales centers. We are proposing a select number of the combination towel hut distribution locations, combined with retail and activity sales. Just as we employ at all our locations, all staff will be required to maintain a professional appearance, wear a Stuart Cove’s Dive Bahamas uniform and name tag.

VI. Proposal Summary

We are prepared to expand our operations as soon as Baha Mar phase one is complete to offer quality watersports activities, charters and related watersports accessories and resortwear in an upscale, professional atmosphere appealing to the resort’s clientele. We have enjoyed excellent working relationships with the Lyford Cay Club, Atlantis, Albany Resort and look forward to exceeding expectations not only for Baha Mar guests, but management as well with these watersports and retail initiatives. Remuneration to be determined based on the needs of the resort and can include contract fees, per room fees or other contract remuneration.
