PROPHET is a business focused profiling tool to be used for development purposes with employees, especially those in executive roles. It looks at personal motivation and decision-making styles, and links these to roles across a typical business cycle. HR AccreditationPROPHET accredits HR, L&D and OD professionals for use within their organisations to deliver enhanced value to individuals, relationships and teams. PROPHET provides accreditation for HR professionals through three different formats.

Open course accreditation1 day intensive course, that focuses on the individual psychometric and the team profile. This is followed up with a supervision call. Fee per person: £875 + VAT

In-house accreditation1 or 2 day, bespoke programme focused on the specific organisational context. The 1 day course covers similar content as the open course. The 2 day programme examines organisational insights, the strategy implementation element of PROPHET and dives deeper into the implications for the team attending. In-house accreditation can also be run in modular or remote format.Fee dependent on number of people and delivery mechanism

Online accreditation8 hours working commitment. A convenient modular approach designed to fit around busy working commitments. Online course, supported by supervision.Fee per person: £695 +VAT

Coach AccreditationPROPHET also accredits external advisors and experienced coaches, to support their work with clients. Coach accreditation is run in partnership with Katherine Tulpa, CEO of the Association for Coaching and Wisdom 8.
