Ignite is led by a team with over 35 years in London property marketing, bringing together a wealth of talent and the sort of experience and knowledge that comes only from longevity. Developing effective strategies in both domestic and overseas markets, wepro-actively respond to your individual needs and endeavour to forge close client relationships that last beyond the life of the scheme.
Ignite is a design agency based in Hoxton Square. We specialise in brand, advertising, online, physical and on-site media for the UK and overseas property sector.

With over 35 years of experience in the design world, ultimately focusing on property marketing with the formation of Ignite in 2001, David leads the ongoing transformation of the studio and ensures we’re focused on creativity whilst maximising business results.
Hugo TarringCREATIVE DIRECTOR
With over 13 years of property marketing experience, Hugo is responsible for art direction and campaign development. Overseeing all aspects of the creative process, he ensures a high standard of quality — on time and on budget.
Giorgia SunderlandACCOUNT MANAGER
Managing a large portfolio of accounts, Giorgia is responsible for generating new business, delivering presentations and developing the relationship throughout the project, from start to finish.
Laura Ross-TomlinDESIGNER
Joe Lewis-CollinsDESIGNER
With a BA Hons in Design from Glasgow School of Art, Laura has a mixed creative background in Fashion before more recently studying at Shillington College and focusing on Graphic Design.
Joe achieved a first-class honours in Graphic Design from UWE in Bristol prior to joining Ignite in 2015. With over 4 years experience in other design agencies, Joe has quickly made himself an indispensable designer with an impressive creative track-record.

At its core, Ignite is five people. This structure is by design. It makes us flexible; free to choose the most appropriate partners for any given project. Our 35+ years of combined property marketing experience means that we know what works and what doesn’t, and has resulted in a significant pool of resource at our disposal should we require it. We specifically employ the best artists, the best managers and the best producers to work with the core creative and management team within Ignite to deliver every aspect of the project. Our size allows us to forge and maintain lasting, one-to-one working relationships.
In short, as five, we deliver high-end effective brand-driven creative on time, and on budget.
We are five people who creatively manage every aspect of collateral production from digital to physical including marketing suite design and event organisation.”
