DESCRIPTION

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Creekside is a multi-tenant flex development offering 5 buildings and one parking pad that is situated in an Opportunity

Zone. Each building consists of small flex/industrial warehouse space with a blend of customized office and retail space

to fit the tenant's needs. Several of the units have been converted to fully airconditioned space for either all office or

office/lab/storage space. Some units offer a percentage of office space with the balance as heated and vented ware-

house. Most units in buildings 2, 4 and 5 have grade level drive-in doors of approximately 10'x10' (to be field verified.)

Building 6 is vacant and a prime candidate for redevelopment which could allow for construction of a larger building to

Livability

“Huntsville is the most affordable place to live out of the 125 most populous metro areas in the U.S. for the second year in a row. An above-average median annual salary and low cost of living mean Huntsville residents are keeping more money in their pockets to devote to other things. Just 19.3% of the median household income in Huntsville goes toward housing costs,” wrote U.S. News. https://whnt.com/2019/04/09/huntsville-voted-best-affordable-place-to-live-by-u-s-news/

Home to the University of Alabama - Huntsville and Alabama A&M University, Huntsville scored high in the education category and has a thriving economy to boot. If you’re looking for a tech job, look no further: Huntsville earned the #1 spot on Livability’s Top 10 Best Cities for STEM Workers list, and was named to our list of Tech Hotspots.

Huntsville is home to both NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center and the United States Army Aviation & Missile Com-mand at Redstone Arsenal.

Huntsville strikes a perfect balance when it comes to offering big city amenities and maintaining its small-town vibe. There’s access to award-winning restaurants, museums, beautiful parks, and much more. But, you always feel as if you are surrounded by a close-knit community. Talented local artists, innovators, entrepreneurs, and visionaries con-tinue to make the city an exciting place to live by working closely together and sharing their passions. It’s a delicate balance to keep, but Huntsville does it well." https://livability.com/best-places/top-100-best-places-to-live/2019/al/huntsville
