Independent building and pest inspections have also confirmed the property is structurally sound. The best comparable sales above are: 27 Atkinson St Bentleigh - $765,000 10 Auckland St Bentleigh - $760,000 77 Mortimore St Bentleigh - $790,000 These properties have similar size land, house and are in similar positions. Anything under $760,000 would be great buying for 71 Fromer St however I expect it to get to at least $760,000 and with a bit of competition could get up to around $785,000.
