The multifunctional ProMotor* integrated ESP motor, protector, and sensor unit is compatible with all standard REDA* ESP system pumps, intakes, and gas-handling devices. The ProMotor unit is available in both 456 and 562 series with a wide range of power (25 to 675 hp) for use with pump systems rated from 200 to 28,000 bbl/d [30 to 4,450 m3/d].
Operating efficiencyThe ProMotor unit simplifies wellsite assembly, avoiding common operational and equipment problems. The unit is prefilled in a controlled manufacturing environment and features an innovative, plug-and-play design. The ease of installation helps save costly rig time.
The integrated Phoenix system sensor in the ProMotor unit measures downhole pressures, temperatures, and equipment vibrations. These real-time measurements can be used to improve pump performance, increase production, and anticipate production problems. Petroleum engineering analysis can be applied to better understand the well’s production potential.
Combined with the LiftWatcher* real-time surveillance service, operators can proactively enhance their ESP operations to improve production and equipment run life.
