In exchange for use of proprietary images and names such as Tinker Bell, Color Me Mine trades the value advertising online and in studios across the country. This is successful only when CMM studios do the advertising, and the partner provides a valuable intellectual property (IE) for our use. These unique trade arrangements allow CMM temporary access to IE while it experiences heightened popularity among consumers due to a movie release, DVD release or mass retail development. Use of partner IE typically costs millions of dollars. Color Me Mine creates a custom special promotion featuring the IE, to fit our own programs. For example, Kids Night Out, Parties and Paint Me A Story are popular children’s programs which we can tailor these special promotions to fit. In most cases companies have to pay big royalties for the rights to advertise proprietary IE in the interest of selling their own product – bur our unique arrangement eliminates that royalty. All of your advertising materials are provided for free. Any goodies we can secure are free with the exception of shipping costs. Use of these IE gives you an excellent advantage over your PYOP competition. Additionally, customers are impressed by the association with companies like Disney.

First, our unique arrangements puts us in a position to ride the coattails of retail giants who put big bucks into commercial support of movie releases, DVD releases or mass retail development. They do the heavy lifting for us, affording millions of dollars in commercials which brings these intellectual properties to top of mind among our consumers. When we offer corresponding themed events, consumers are already chomping at the bit for more of the property, making our events a hot commodity that your competition doesn’t have access to. Color Me Mine’s association with companies like Disney sets a precedence for the quality of products and services we offer. Since Disney is the best of the best in the family entertainment industry, our partnership tells our customers that we are also the best. Remember that it doesn’t matter what our personal opinion of a property is. Personally, I thought the concept of Beverly Hills Chihuahua was … ehem… a little less than desirable. But we went on to sell out of every ceramic Chihuahua from every manufacturer in the US for this promotion. What matters is what kids want and like.
