Deregulation and business protection: • Ukraine’s ranking in the Doing Business report

improved 16 points (from 112 to 96);• Introduced an office of Business Ombudsman and

appointed former EU Commissioner Algirdas Semeta to the post.

Financial stability:• Agreed to a new $17.5 billion loan program with the IMF plus $7.5 billion from other international partners.
