NASH FM 103.3 is taking over Nashville this June, and we want YOU to join us! Each summer Nashville becomes the ultimate country fan destination, with over 85,000 country music fans flocking to our streets to catch their favorite acts up close and personal as they perform on multiple stages throughout Music City. Tapping into this festival atmosphere, NASH FM 103.3 is going to host their first ever, Nash Country Kick-Off Party!! This party will take over the Cannery Ballroom on Tuesday, June 13th as a night music fans won’t soon forget. This open to public event will showcase the musical talents of Kelsea Ballerini as her rising star takes over the Country charts! This VIP style event will host a step-and-repeat entrance, photo booth, client activations, and much more! With all proceeds going to Musicians On Call, and their mission to bring live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities, this is truly a local and engaging event. Join us as we celebrate the biggest event in Music City with the Nash Country Kick-Off Party featuring Kelsea Ballerini! Activating pre-event and on-site we will make sure that Coca-Cola is front and center to this active and engaged audience in a unique and experiential way! Starting 4 weeks before the event, Coca-Cola, in conjunction with Wal-Mart will host a series of ‘Last Call For Tickets’ events at store locations where we will register fans to win tickets and invite them to share a Coke with us! While they’re there they will be encouraged to grab a drink, snap a photo, and upload it using #TasteTheFeelingNashville. We will pick winners both via on-site registration and via the social contesting, granting each winner a pair of tickets to this sure to be sold out show! At the show, bring out Coca-Cola and invite our fans to share a Coke with one another. Concentrating outside the venue

pre-show, we will bring out a the specialty branded Coke poster board with hiding song lyrics as they’re displayed on the bottles. Our team will encourage individuals, groups, or the crowd to join us and sing the song listed as they get selected by people in line. Out of the crowd we will select the top 4 singers and have them battle it out with the specific share a Coke lyrics. Each contestant will get a one lyric and be asked to sing the song listed on the label, the best singer or the one who knows all the lyrics will win a VIP experience! We want to make sure that Coca-Cola targets the Nashville community on this exciting and music centric week, showing just how much the Coca-Cola brand can unify us all. One brand. One goal.

On June 7th Coca-Cola and Wal-Mart teamed up with NASH FM 103.3 and the Cannery Ballroom to bring the Nash Country Kick-Off Party!! This star packed charity event not only brought awareness to Musicians On Call but helped spread the word about Coca-Cola’s Share a Song promotion. The show line-up was studded with some of the best up and coming artists in Country music. With Wal-Mart’s own Barrett Baber, to the rocking sound of Levi Hummon, to the deep blue voice of Jon Pardi, and Kelsea Ballerini’s artist packed performance, it was truly a night to remember. All through the night we made sure Coca-Cola and Wal-Mart were in the center of it all. On-site fans clamored at the chance to find our roaming team to peel off the label of the coke bottles and try their chops at singing a song along with Coca-Cola. Those who made the cut got unique prizes, and some lucky singers even got to make their way backstage for exclusive Meet and Greets!

This was a wonderful event to get in front of A-list guests, true country music fans, and Coca-Cola and Wal-Marts’ target consumer. We can’t wait to partner with both Coca-Cola and Wal-Mart

again next year!
