PROM 2015
Ladies, because you have SO many choices, yours becomes more
questionable. In this slide show, you should have most of your
questions answered.
Shoes for the Ladies • Your shoes do not have to be heels, but
they have to be dress shoes.
• No tennis shoes or sneakers.
• No boots.
• No flip flops
These will work great!
Short? Short is just fine as long as it’s not shorter than mid-thigh.
Mid-thigh is measured from inseam to knee, not hip bone to knee.
The bi-level dresses tend to be VERY short in front – be careful!
YES NO NO QUESTIONABLE but maybe
Bare Midriff
OOPS! That means you’re not covered from armpit to
mid-thigh. These are NOT acceptable.
Cut Outs No cut outs below the natural bra line in front or on the side.
Backless? Is okay as long as it does not go
below your natural waistline.
Imagine if your belly
button was on your
back – that is your
natural waistline.
Cover it.
Side Slits
REMEMBER mid-thigh is measured from the inseam to the knee.
OKAY NO!
Ladies, there are lots of lovely dresses out there that will allow you to look like the
beautiful young lady you are!
If you still have dress code
questions,
please talk to
Mrs. Hanneman or Ms. Lee
