History

• Prollacsa is a Mexican Enterprise which sells tires, patches, wheels, air compressors, tire balancers, bead breaking machines, etc..

• Prollacsa is a company formed in 1994 by two brothers Cesar Vazquez and Salvador Vazquez. They started with some capital, a truck but with a lot of spirit.

• Nowadays it is a PyMe and a familiar business with ten trucks and four stores.

How Prollacsa works

• Prollacsa is a wholesaler. Prollacsa buys a big amounts of material from some importers so the company can offer a pretty good prices to his clients. Some of those importers companies can´t sell products to retails and final costumers, because they have internal rules, control and minimum sales.

• Prollacsa also has a zone distribution of "Century accessories"

How Prollacsa works

• Tires are an especial exception, Prollacsa works with tires in a different way because they sell in a “just in time program”. When a client ask for a tire, Prollacsa is able to offer different brands of tires like Goodyear, Bridgestone, Hankook, Kenda, Pirelli, etc.., so the costumer can choose the best option to him, so Prollacsa buys the product in a specific tire importer.

• The company can offer different brands and sizes but with the advantage that Prollacsa doesn’t invest in products and warehouses

How Prollacsa works

• Prollacsa has 6 national routes each one with a seller who has a truck with product in it, so they are able to offer to their costumers over the route.

• When the sellers arrive to Guadalajara the warehouse workers make a list products and make an Excel document to compare with the sold product.

• The salary of the sellers is a percentage of his sales.• Company 50%,• Investments 25%,• Seller 12.5%,• President 12.5%.
