The contractor must check and verify all dimensions beforecommencement of any work. Any descrepancies to be clarifiedwith the project Architect.
CONSTRUCTIONAll slab at ground level to be castover 1,000 gauge polythenesheet on 50mm thick murram blinding on hardcore.
All soil under slab around and under foundation to be treatedfor termite control.
CIVILAll soil on cut embarkment to be stablized. The slope not toexceed 45 degrees
STRUCTURALAll black cotton soil to be removed from all buildings and pavedsurfaces
For all R.C. work, refer to structural Engineer's details
Depth of foundation to be determined on site to S.E. approval
All walls to be reinforced with loop iron at everyalternative course
All adjacent R.C. work and masonry wall to be tied with loopiron at every alternative course.
MECHANICALAll plumbing and drainage to comply with relevant lovalauthority.SVP denotes soil vent pipe to be provided at the head of thedrainage system
Drains pass beneath buildings and driveways to be encased in150mm concrete surround.
The storm drain pipes to comply with BS 556 specification.All underground foul and waste drain pipes shall be uPVC tocomply with BS 5255.All inspection chmbers cover and framing shall be cast ironMinimum slope in the drain pipes to be 1 to 10
