Houston crime consultancy provides all the information about the crimes happen in the Houston with respect to place, offense type, date, time and police beats.

A system is needed that will:

1. Find out the 10 safest locations in Houston

2. Providing information to real estate, building constructers, schools, banks, marts and so on.

3. Produce complete picture of the crime happened in last six months in Houston.

The inputs to the system could be the client requirements and the update data base from the police department.

The client’s requirements can be requesting the different reports from the system.

By the crime status provided by the Houston police department the system automatically generates a report everyday consisting of the details of each crime , where and when it has happened. It will be sent to the disbursement team for further processing.

The system also generates the weekly report and monthly report then yearly consisting of crime rate in a particular location and provides the information to public for better decision making.

Economic feasibility The budget constraint for the

project is going to be $1000s aprox. (The SQL server and visual studio $100 and a system for $500s and $100 for each of us.

The system will give free information to the public to know whether their location is safe or not.

But to know the crime rate and offence types, premises, time, and date there will be certain amount to pay.

Guest, Monthly, yearly and life time memberships are available.

The raw data has been collected from the Houston police dept and processed the data into SQL server. Automated system to update the data.

The data consists of 84000 records in the last 6 months(jun2009-dec2009) which contains all the classified data into location, offense type…..

Collected data

The system generates the monthly report for the list of default customers and customers data is collected in the data base.

The username and passwords are given to each customer who has registered for monthly to yearly.

The e – mail addresses have been collected and the system sends the alerts to each and everyone in the data base.
