    - The Chemist has appointed an Agent.- The Chemist gives daily order to the Agent.- Then that Agent Brings/supplies Stock to him.- For that the Chemist pays him Rs. 1000 Per Month.

    Methods of Returning the Medicines

    If Defective or Expired or Unsold

    Expiry: -

    o Before 3 Months of Expiry the Chemist returns Medicines Back to that Agent.Then the Agent returns it back to NCDCA. NCDCA does not deduct any charges

    no. Before 3 years it was 30% charges on returning back Medicines.

    o To Remember the Expiry of Medicines or any Product The Chemist Maintains theSoftware.

    o If he does not remind before 3 months then he has to Dissolve Expired Medicines.

    Defective and Unsold: -

    o For this also the Chemist Returns products or Medicines back to the Agent.
