3. New activities, challenges and action taken to resolve them.

Mobilization of persons with disability candidates was difficult as per our

criteria, so we have started to target U & Haryana State to reach out to more

candidates, in this series, we have organised 12 Camps and mobilized more

than 400 candidates.

4. Activities/Trainings Impact: Qualitative Report

Activities Description PhotosRegistration

In order to do registration of Persons with Disabilities (PwDs), s/he must fit in the essential requisites. These are: a. Disability (Disability Certificate is a must) b. Age-group: 18-30 Years c. Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th Standard d. Willingness to Work.

During registration some relevant documents of a traineemust be collected. a. Disability Certificate b. ID Proof (Voter ID/ Driving License/ PAN Card/ Aadhar Card)c. Address Proof (Ration Card/ Electricity/ Passport) d. Copy of Bank Account (Passbook)e. Caste Certificate f. Academic Qualification Certificate (10th and onwards)g. Passport Size Photographs.

Assessment

Baseline Assessment: It is a tool for trainers to understand the skill sets of trainees and is done on basis of 5 parameters such as Personal skills, Communication skills, Social behavior, Occupational skills & Mobility & hand functions. Generally, it is conducted on 2nd day of training.Midterm Assessment: It is conducted to evaluate the learning & progress of traineesof basic training involving three subjects English, Computer & Soft Skills. It is to be conductedon 30th day or after 1 month of training.

End term Assessment: It is conducted to evaluate the learning & progress of sector specific training (IT/ITes, Organized Retail & Hospitality) in which trainees were trained. It is to be conducted after 1 andhalf months or 45th day of training.

Counselling

This activity involves counselling of trainees on their various concerns by the trainers or through some external experts.

Parents Training Instruction

Parents also play a significant role in the lives of persons with disability individuals. Thus, parents workshops are also arranged where trainer, trainee and parent interaction took place on various issues such astraining and placement related issues.

Motivational Session

Sometimes, it has beenobserved that in the fall ofcertain disabilities trainee lackconfidence. They have paucityof conviction in their owncapabilities. Thus, to injectsome motivation and rigor intheir spirits, motivationalsessions are arranged. In thesesessions, some persons withdisability candidates come andshare their professionalexperiences with the trainees.

Assessment & Feedback

After each assessment, feedback of each trainee is shared with their respective parents that will eventually reflect the outcome of the training sessions conducted by trainers.

Placement After successfully completing all the training phases, trainees are lined up in actual interviewsthrough contacting with the corporate and looking out for relevant career opportunities either with the current hiring partners or approaching new partners.

5. Branding

Particular Description RemarksLogos of funding agencies have visibility across all activities and venues such as: training/workshopsessions, exposure visits, etc.

SBI card and SBI Foundation are the respective funding partners and their logo’s is been used in every communication material & activities of Sarthak Faridabad Center.

Logo and stamp of fundingagency on all accounting & financial records.

Logo is been used, but we are not permitted to use stamp.

Post completion of trainingprogramme, the certificate issued to the candidates shall have logos of fundingorganisations along with Sarthak’s logo.

1st Quarter Training Program isundergoing. Once training will get over than we will release the Certificate which is having valid logos.

Funding agencies SBI Card & SBI Foundation willget due visibility in the project premises vicinity and on all communication channels and materials published by Sarthak like annual report, brochure, leaflets, standees, banner, digital platforms, etc.

Sarthak has already gave complete visibility to SBI Foundation & SBI Card Logs ineach communication Material. i.e. Banner, Leaflet, Brochure, Digital Platforms & into Registration forms.

Media coverage of activities undertaken in thequarter

Center Inauguration is been covered in 24*7 News Channel.

6. Case studies and success stories of the quarter (at least 3 case studies and3 success stories).Since 1st quarter training program is ongoing and will get over by June 30 th, 2018.So we will be sharing the case stories once our training will get over andcandidates will be in their respective Jobs.

7. Submit two small videos (one video should be of 4 minutes max and otherone as a teaser restricted to 90seconds to 1 minute only) of the projectimpact from the quarter. Since 1st quarter training program is ongoing and will get over by June 30 th, 2018.So we will be sharing the quarter impact video by end of 1st quarter, once ourtraining will get over and trainees will be in their respective Jobs. As becauseimpact can only be measured via employment outcome
