What we do
Services Cole construction at the current moment is
focused on building large residential construction home and apartments. We having building these for the past 30 years and have been very successful doing it.
Location Cole construction has 3 office locations one in
Chicago one in Indianapolis and one here in west Lafayette.

Where we Stand Nationally
Cole Construction has been ranked nationally as one of the best residential contraction firms. According to construction today we are the
20th best in the nation According to U.S. homes we are 8th in the
nation. According to builders of America we are the 7th
best firm. As we grow and get more jobs our reputation
grows and we feel that we will be and remain in the top 10 building firms in the nation.

Cole construction has been given several awards in the past several years. In 2005 we received the timeliness award for
completing all of our jobs on time. In 2007 we received the best bid build firm
award. Also in 2007 we received the best builders of
Chicago award.

What we do for the areas we work in
In every town that we work in we try to get our name out there and give a little back to the community. We have given tours of our projects to all of
the community members who want to see what we do.
We also donate several million dollars a year to the communities where our offices are located and where we do work.

A look at the future. Cole Construction has many new up and
coming projects right now. These projects will help keep us in business for a long time. In the future we hope to expand out from just doing housing and move into commercial and hospital construction around the country. All in all our companies future is very stable.

We have done several jobs here in west layette. Such as Harrison hall and Mcutchion hall.

The proposed project
The proposed building we will call Sun River apartments. It will be a 56 unit complex each unit having 2 bead rooms and 2 baths along with some having a porch all apartments will also have real wood floors. The complex will be located along the McKenzie river in Eugene Oregon.

Time Table
The entire project will be completed in no more than 10 months.We plan on starting construction on January 10The expected end date will be November 10Residents will be able to move in by November 20th
