OUR HISTORY:

Established in 2007, started from giving solution to the small IT Company of India, HOP has earned a reputation for on time schedule delivery, value for work and quality work. Major projects that had been awarded are the Infosys, TATA tele services and TCS also various Sugar factory.

With more than 7 years of awesome track record in the consultancy business, HOP enjoyed the continued patronage of institutional clients such as the RAO Group, SM Group, PEPCI Co Bottling Corporation and McCAN; banking institutions such as the HDFC, ICICI, KOTAK Group and Bank of Baroda; manufacturing institutions such as the IFFCO, RATNAMANI GROUP and RAJA INDUSTRIES. Also, industrial companies and some government agencies had sought the company’s services.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

AMUL (Anand Milk Union Ltd). One of the largest milk production company in Asia, located in western part of India . AMUL is having very good grip on the dairy product and especially on the flavored milk. AMUL have currently produce 6 type of flavored milk 1.Elachi 2.Kesar 3. Chocolate 4.cold coco 5.badam shake 6. Pista .the plant is designed to process 5 million bottle of flavored milk per week for each flavored, in total plant is capable for 30 million bottle. Company is going to launch the same flavored milk product in neighbor country. For fulfill that requirement the company has to produce the more no of bottle. According to assumption they have tremendous demand for their products. The company decided to invest $80M to upgrade their production facility in same location for 16 weeks or 4 months to meet the market demand. AMUL will replace five 25 year old bottling machinery and equipment in their facility with a state of the art, highly technological system from HOP.

The new facility, equipment and machineries was designed to provide operational efficiency and productivity that allows to produce highest number of products and packaging of bottle. As a result, the company will be able to increase production and fulfill the demand of locally as well as the exporting demand closely and effectively against competitors. AMUL also seek to provide competitive advantage in the market environment.

THE PROJECT:

AMUL want to upgrade the manufacturing and production facilities, equipment, machineries and utility services in company’s production process. The proposed upgrade includes the replacement of outdated equipment and machineries, Also included are some minor extension and renovation on the warehouse areas. Some key components included in the proposal are:

Extension of the storage area and propagation plant Installation of a new processing equipment and machineries and upgrade existing processing equipment and machineries Upgrade of utility services that includes heating plant, refrigeration plant and others Removal of obsolete and damage processing equipment and machineries

As a result of the proposed upgrade, it will increase 80% percent total capacity of the brewery and 35% percent on the productivity of workers. As such, the production rate will increase to 28% percent from the upgrade. The rate of product quality will increase to 70% percent and a 5% percent decrease in

product defect. The proposed upgrade will pack 60% percent more quart bottles and 41% percent more pint bottles per hour.
