Management Of Student Office:-

OVERVIEW 

The Student Affairs Office offers a variety of services to students and facilitates

their co-curricular activities. Overseen by a Dean, this office functions as the friendand guide of a student, administering to his needs from the time he makes the firstinquiry regarding admission to the Institute to the time he graduates from it.

An important function of this office is to promote extra-curricular activities amongst

the students, provide them healthy outlets in sports and games, furnish themforums for cultivation of literary and artistic potentialities and make their stay onthe campus a rich experience of multi-dimensional growth.

A Freshmen Coordinator assists students through a comprehensive tutorial set-upwhich involves assignment of each student to an advisor ± faculty member. Theadvisor holds regular meetings of his wards, both formal and informal, and keeps himinformed about their academic progress and general welfare. A student can benefitfrom his guidance in selecting courses for a semester and the overall management of his studies.

COUNSELING SERVICES 

The Student Affairs Office has on its staff a full-time Director Student Affairs, who isreadily available to students for sorting out problems which they encounter while

being on the campus. The students are encouraged to have recourse to him forcounseling and guidance on all problems whether personal, social or academic.Efforts are made to ensure for students a life free from worries and distractions, tohelp them learn to manage their affairs on their own and to cope with strains andstresses which are a part of the growth processes.

CAREER  AD VISORY SERVICE 

The Careers Office helps students in exploring employment opportunities that match

their abilities and in making informed career choices. For this purpose, it offers avariety of services and facilities. It organizes workshops and advisory sessions topromote skills needed for interpersonal self presentation, management of interviews,and preparing effective CVs. The faculty coordinator makes himself available to thestudents to discuss issues relating to the planning and development of their careers.

The office encourages employers to visit the Institute and conduct their recruitmenttests and interviews on the campus. It maintains a library of literature of someorganizations which are the future employers of the graduates. It also helps studentsto have access to computers, fax, and photocopying machines when they need them.

There are some responsibility of the student office staff and these are following

as

Issue Of ID Card:- 

Issue of ID card is issued from the student office before the issue of ID card the

student have to submit the application card with two snaps into the student office

then after one weak the ID card issued.

Issue Of Bus Card:-The bus card also issued from the student office office same process as the issued

of ID card.

Assignment Submition:-

Student always submit their assignment into the student office. When they

submitted their assignment into the student office they record these data into the

computer as an evidence.

Result Card:- 

The student take their result card from the student office.

Clan Form:- 

Student office also issue the clan form.

Internship Letter:- 

When student want to do internship in some organization then the student apply

internship letter for internship then the student office issue the internship letter.

Visiting Letter:- 

Student office also issue the visiting letter when student needs to visit in some

organization.

Bonifire Letter:- 

Student office issued the bonifire letter when ever student is needed.

Problems Faced By Student Office 

Never every work can running smoothly there is always some nail on your ways.

But always they faced it with smiles.

Student Negligence:-

Student always neglect from their works and they want their works on the sport.

Late Submission Of Assignment:- 

Many of student submission their assignment after the due date so the difficultiesfaced by the student office to adjust it.

Burden Of Works:- 

Some time the burden of the work is so heavy that the work is done so late.

Double Entry:- 

Some time data can be record double which caused so difficults.

Lake Of Latest Equipment:- 

There is also lake of latest equipment which caused work don at late tome.

Small Group Of Student Office:- 

The group of student office is to small and the burden of all student applications,

works and assignments on the student office.

Rules And Regulations

Course Teaching Pedagogy and Evaluation:- 

The course performance evaluation and the final grade are tipically basedon two

exams (midterm and finalterm) paper/project, assignment, quizzes, and

studentclass participation.

Change in syllabus:-

The student can change the cources from time to tim. Such changes will always be

notified before the commencement of a particular semester.

Medium of Instruction:-

The medium of instruction in English.

Admission Requirement:

For BBA/BSC :F.A/F.Sc or equivalent.

For MBA :Graduation from a recognized university.

For MBA (1-year Programs) Graduation with 4 year of degree in Business

Administration.

For Executive MBA 0: Graduation with 3 year work experience in an executve

position.

Admission Procedure:-

Admission to the Superior is granted on the base of applicantsperformance in the

entry test.

Attendance Required:-

It is mandatory for the student to attend at least 60% of class.

Repeating Cource:-

A course with F Grade may be repeated twice to obtain a passing Grade. A course

with C and D Grade may be repeated to improve the gradee.

Responsibility For Information:- 

The onus of providing correct information to the coordinators for the purpose of 

registration in on the student. Registration made on the base of wrong

information provides by the student would be canceled and the student would be

subjected to disciplinary action and may be suspended for a semester or could be

expelled from the Superior depend on the gravity of the offence.

Late Registration:- 

The dean may allow late registration in the weeks following the registration

period.

Course Prerequisites:- 

Enrolment in certain course cannot be allowed until the course prerequisite

requirement are met.

Course Add-Drop Policy:- 

Registration during the official registration period is final and cannot be changed

when the semester starts, except of students, who fail a course in the preceding

semester.

Change In Program Requirements:-

The Superior student office reserves the right to gave information of change in

any programs, introduce new course, or modifier a program in any way demand

appropriate.

Submission of assignment:- 

The student have submit their assignment on time, after one day the 20%

deducted, after two day the assignment will not be accepted.
