Role
Promoting AIESEC in Mytilene and fully delivery of Outgoing Global Community Development Programme and Team Member Programme to the students of the island.
Responsibilities: Product Management & Delivery Customer Servicing HR Recruitment & Selection Processes Implementation 100% individual goal completion- plan realization Reporting on individual responsibilities and performance on Team Leader and filling all
necessary tracking tools Promotion in Mytilene (virtual and physical)
Start Month: March 2012 End Month: June 2012
Future possibilities:
- Team Member (in the same or another Functional) - Team Leader (in the same or another Functional) - Project Manager (in the same or another Functional) - Organizing Committee Member
- GCDP or GIP experience (given the criteria of participation are covered) - AIESEC international experiences - Executive Board Member 2013
