Job Description

Project Finance Governance Manager

There are no location restrictions with this position.

Infrastructure Governance and Strategy (IGS) is an organization that partners across Technology Infrastructure Services (TIS) to optimize, enable and support the initiatives and objectives established by the TIS business. The Project Finance Governance team will leverage Enterprise Project Management (EPM) standards for project and process management to provide a comprehensive and straightforward plan for advancing TIS project finance management maturity. The team will enable EPM and Finance standards and institutionalize processes. Long-term solutions address permanent maturity efforts that will result in long-term value to TIS. Governance and control functions provided by the team include: -Project Initiation & Business Case Development Support -CREST Sizing & Compliance -STAMP Compliance -Forecast Process & Review -Facilitation of Reviews & Approvals -Training or Set-Up -Value Metrics -Portfolio Management -Contingent Management Process Administration -Performance Metrics & Reporting

-Provide Administrative Management, Functional Management and Client Relationship Management to a team of project managers, business analyst and process analysts -Build, execute and maintain department forecasting and budgets. -Develop competency models, training, and assessment to ensure that Project Finance Governance team members are effectively carrying out their duties. -Must have project finance governance and process knowledge as well as strong project management discipline knowledge to effectively manage team members. -Must have contingent management process knowledge as well as supply chain management experience to effectively manage team members -Identification of key project finance management discipline training/education needs across TIS develop and deliver in partnership with Project Service teams. -Source and manage Project Finance Governance contingent resources. -Provide effective planning, organization, direction and control of the Project Governance team. -Provide thought leadership to team to identify, propose solutions and guide resolution of complex team issues and challenges. -Assure project finance governance adoption and monitor and report results. -Understand PSTs strategic business and financial goals to define, develop, and implement governance processes. -Communicate governance progress and trends to stakeholders, PSTs, partners and leadership -Portfolio Management.

Basic Qualifications

10+ years project management experience and 4+ years management experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required. -Minimum 10+ years of supervisory or lead role experience; proven leadership skills and behaviors, including 5+ years of Project Management Governance experience -Strong leadership skills including ability to operate at senior management levels across TOG -Proficient in Project and Finance Management Processes, Practices, Methodologies and Tools -Infrastructure financial knowledge -Proficient with Portfolio Management -Experience with Contingent Management -Experience with Personnel Administrative Management
