Since its founding in 1984, ENERCON provides the production, con- struction and maintenance of wind turbines. ENERCON Services Belgium was created in 2008. Today there are over 330 operational ENERCON turbines in Belgium and Luxemburg. Tasks Provide general administrative support to the Project Management team; Provide support to the Regional Head of Project Management when required; Responsible for general correspondence, communication & tele phone calls; Maintain & update computer systems and databases as required for the PM processes; Compile all necessary paperwork and working documents for ongoing projects; Coordinate meetings, take minutes and distribute when required; Support the PM – Sales relationship, particularly through the management of projects handovers; Liaise with Project Management support departments in Germany headquarter and others countries if necessary; Liaise with PM assistants in other countries to share best practices; Support booking of travel and accommodation for the PM team; Order office material from internal or external suppliers; Assist with new colleague introductions, ordering equipment and IT registrations & clearances; Assist the Office Manager & cover for reception duties as and when required; Provide support to the sales department; Business travel may be required periodically. Skills 1 or 2 years working experience in a similar role; Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, English, both written and verbal. German would be an asset; Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge in using SAP is an asset; Proactive, self-confident, flexible, well-organized, keen attention to detail, able to multi-task and handle deadlines; Ability to work independently and within a team environment Project Management Assistant karriere.enercon.de
