Testing Docs

Many IT professionals think of testing as a stage that comes near the end of IT product development.

Testing should be done during almost every phase of the IT product development life cycle.

Page 27: Project management

The work has been completed and the deliverables have been accepted by the project sponsor.

  (project is 100% completed)

Project Closure

Page 28: Project management

Lessons LearntCategory Issue Name Problem/Success Impact Recommendation

Business case Milestone Some tasks in the milestone not finish on time.

The project takes two weeks to finish.

The project manager and team members should

check what they have done each week and what they have not finished it yet.

Risk Management

This was a success because it was identified early any risk

might we face in the beginning of the project and

planned for.

The projects challenge each risk and avoid risks that may affect or delayed the project.

The risk management file is important because it can help the project to avoid any risks which can affect

the project.

Cost management Hardware cost The Estimated Cost For the hardware was not enough.

Baying products with less quality than what we planned

to.

Get more information about products before we

estimated the budget.

Database management

Physical data model report

This was a success because we use software named

power designer to design the ER diagram and give us report

for our database.

Saving timeThis software is very useful

and helpful for database designers.

Interface Interface designerThis was a success because

we spend a lot of time to find very friendly interface

Friendly interface can help the users and make it easy for

them to use it.

Use friendly website will help the website to

success.

Database & coding

Linking the database to the

ASP.NET

We had some difficulties to link the database to ASP.NET so we do search about the

issue then we solve the problem.

Delay the project.

Use online resource like Google can help you and

give you information about how to solve the problems.
