• We have reset our programs repeatedly based upon “best technical solution”– Multibanding– Multibanding w/ OFDM

• Various companies have given up developments such as Spectral Keying, frequency modulated OFDM and high rate sampling

• It forces more intense use of channels, complicating the SOP situation in dense areas
