Challenges
Low literacy levels of Monitors – Lack of knowledge of basic
use of SMS facility on phones
Connectivity problems – Mobile phone network
service is erratic, making it difficult for monitors
to register
Textbook distribution schedule is not adhered to – monitoring teams end up
missing the delivery
