To find the employees tendency towards their rolein handling the job

To know the satisfaction level of employee towards

the organization climate

To study the morale among employee in diamondengineering Pvt Ltd

To determine the emotional quotient among theemployee in diamond engineering Pvt Ltd

To provide proper suggestion regardingimprovement of employee engagement in indiamond engineering Pvt Ltd

LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY

There was a time restriction of 45 days, so the study was

conducted by selecting a sample of --- respondents andthe facts and findings may not represent a true picture

of the procedure followed in organization.

SCOPE OF THE STUDY1.Only the Employee Engagement is considered.

2.The study is conducted at Diamond engineering pvt ltd.with a simple sample size of only 115 employees of 1st

unit.3.In order to analyze the study the questionnaire has

been administered to the employees.
