    LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY

    There was a time restriction of 45 days, so the study was

    conducted by selecting a sample of --- respondents andthe facts and findings may not represent a true picture

    of the procedure followed in organization.

    SCOPE OF THE STUDY1.Only the Employee Engagement is considered.

    2.The study is conducted at Diamond engineering pvt ltd.with a simple sample size of only 115 employees of 1st

    unit.3.In order to analyze the study the questionnaire has

    been administered to the employees.
