Student CommentMany of the 5th grade students loved doing the Voicethreads and they wanted to learn more applications.

Administrator CommentMy Principal commented that he was glad that I was learning more technologies since it looks like our Tech Coordinator's position is being cut for next year.

Teacher CommentMr. Berning thought the Glogs were awesome. He assured me that he will have his students use them again next year. They made Glogs about biomes for science class.

Administrator CommentMy principal was very impressed with the use of the new technologies learned in Projectelite. She not only heard about it from me but also read what teachers had incorporated into their lesson plans. She suggested that I conduct an after school class next year to get the teachers on board.

Student CommentWiki - It is very challenging. It is more difficult than the traditional research project. But I like it. I have learned a lot from it.

Teacher CommentWikis - I like it. It really helps prepare students for their college. After initial shock, the students have become comfortable with it. It opens a new way of thinking and researching.

Teacher CommentThe technology teacher has been amazed by the range of new tools that I have been mastering in recent months. It is completely changing and improving how we operate as well as our plans for next year.

Student CommentAn 8th grader creating a

Voicethread project about her own artwork offered that the nature of Voicethread allowed her to express herself more fully and in a manner more comfortable for her compared to projects in which she is required to present live in front of a group.

recognizes that I am trying to transform the middle school library and technology programs…The principal and I are certain that the students will accomplish more and better projects in a more efficient way.
