Job Description
Wholesale University is looking for a Project Coordinator to handle class scheduling, logistics and materials management for all our Professional Development seminars across the country. Additionally, this position will support logistics and events for all our training programs in Charlotte, NC: Financial Analyst Programs Credit Camp, Investment Banking/Capital Markets Analyst, Associate and Intern Programs, and the Securities and Investments Group Analyst and Intern Programs. The Project Coordinator functions include, but are not limited to managing the following:
Schedule and coordinate logistics for all Professional Development seminars including finding training rooms, catering (as applicable), coordinating with instructors/vendors, managing posting and printing of course pre-work and class materials, and ensuring proper AV, instructional materials and classroom supplies are available on the day of the class. Provide project and administrative support to the 4 intern programs and 3 full-time programs taking place during the summer. This may include, but is not limited to: a. Organizing community support and team building projects for associates/analysts/interns b. Arranging catering for special events c. Managing materials/handouts for classes d. Special projects as required by local program managers e. Updating Wholesale University Database with associate/analyst information, including scores f. Managing course registration and completion in the Learning Center (Wells Fargos LMS) g. General office management duties for Charlotte staff as needed Periodic communication with staff and training participants Meeting deadlines consistently
Basic Qualifications
4+ years project support experience.
Minimum Qualifications
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated customer service aptitude. Able to handle simple negotiations with vendors and clients with tact and diplomacy. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and manage change in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated comfort in working with various levels of management, staff, customers and vendors. Working knowledge and experience with all Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and, preferably, SharePoint. Willingness to travel if necessary.
Preferred Skills
Working knowledge of Sharepoint LAN Admin experience Learning Center experience (not required)
