fearandscarcity,theninthoseareasearthquakesandsevereweatherisattractedtothemtodisruptthatclampinthatarea.Kerry:Thatactuallyworksoutexceptwhenyoutalkabout,youknow,targetedweatherwars,wherepeopleareactuallysendingascalarpulsethatwillcauseanearthquake,sayinIndonesiaorwherever.Thenyouhaveanotherlayerontothatconcept.David:Absolutely.Idoalsothinkthoughthatconsciousnesscansufficientlyoverridethegadgetsifthewillisthere.Inotherwords,eventhegadgets,Ithink-alltheycandoisnudgealongandmakesomethinghappenfasterthatwouldhavehappenedanyway.Kerry:Right.SotheideabeingifconsciousnessinIndonesia,ifthatwasatargetedarea,orJapan;becausewejusttalkedtoBenFulford
