Voting for a Project

Students are given options of projects.

Then they do basic research on the topic

“Why is This a Malden Issue?”

After the research is done, students vote as a class for their favorite topic

Gain support and funds from decision makers across the city to complete a public garden in the back of the Beebe School.  We are also going to update and move the current Butterfly Garden.  The goal of the public garden is to create a sense of community and offer the produce from the garden to the Bread of Life, a local food pantry.  Our first phase of this project is to complete our annual 8th grade food drive.
