Holy Grail, Johnny Rockets, Toby Keith, and Police Welcome Center open and operating.
The Tin Roof and Crave are finalizing permits and preparing to start construction.
Mahogany’s lease is executed; project is in design phase.
Lease executed with The Wine Guy; design is underway.
Ruth’s Chris is designing their space; construction anticipated to begin second quarter 2012.
