No Registration and participation fee for authors.Only final year students of MSBTE affiliated institutes & Autonomous Polytechnics will be allowed to participate in the event.

Only one entry from each institute is accepted. Maximum number of entries will be limited to 50. Time allowed for presentation will be 8 minutes & 2 minutes for queries.

One soft copy of technical paper and registration form duly signed by principal should be emailed on coordinators email within prescribed date followed by submission of hard copy at the time of registration.

TA/DA will be paid to participants as per MSBTE norms. Traveling expenses limited to ST bus fare (Excluding Asiad or Luxury buses) or Railway second class sleeper fair will be paid to the students by nearest route on submission of tickets applicable.

Assessment on the basis of relevance, novelty, contents, presentation, delivery style & responds to questions

Judges' decision will be final and mandatory
