You can be admitted under as Visiting Staff at this Department to work with one of
the Department's research groups. To get in contact with the Department you must
consult the website provided, find your suitable research group, contact the relevant
professor, agree a research collaboration and ask for a Support letter. Be aware that
the Hosting Department and the Professor contacted are not obliged to issue you a
Support letter. A Support letter will be issued only in the case the Department and
the Professor is willing and available to host you. When you contact our Professors
you must send them: a CV, a brief description of what you do at your Home
University and a brief description of what you are interested in developing at our
University. You are invited to ask for a Support letter ONLY to 1 professor or to notify
to the professors contacted that you are contacting more research groups at our
University. In case of delay in the reply from the Professors (more than 1 week) write
them again and put us ([email protected]) in copy. If no reply is given in more than 2
weeks we strongly suggest you to contact other Partner Universities. A Support
Letter can be issued up to 1 week before the Application deadline. We will not issue
ANY Support Letter during the last 7 working days from the Application deadline.
