Program : Reading Competition Contribution for the programme from related parties: To ensure our programme could achieve all the objectives as we stated before, participation and co-operation from all the related individuals, parties and others are crucial and important. We can’t stand alone and co-operation from others would help our programme become smooth and going well as we planned before. Support and motivation from others could help us to plan this programme for the benefit of the pupils. 1. School administrations School administrations like headmaster and other senior officer could show their support by helping us in promoting this activity to the pupils. They also could help in providing better environment to help pupils to feel enjoy and ease in doing this activity. Beside that, they also could help by let our teacher to use their free time to manage this activity and try not to ask them to relieve other class for the absent teachers for a while. They also could show their support and pleasant by let our teachers to use the school facilities and equipments like photostat machine, computers and printers to prepare the materials needed in conducting this activity. Financial aspect also play a vital role in helping our programme going well as we plan and school administrations could approve it as soon as possible for us to get all the materials needed for this programme. 2. 1. School administrations

by helping us in promoting this activity to the pupils. They also could help in providing better

2. Teachers

We also need help from other teacher to ensure our programme run very well and

smoothly conducted. They are welcome to share their ideas or opinion on how to conduct this

activity in order to have a better result in helping and improving pupil’s reading skills, mastering

the usage of grammar and increasing their vocabularies suitable to their level. The teachers

also could help in asking and promoting this activity to their pupils when they are teaching in the

class. They could explain the benefit and advantages of joining this activity to their pupils and

clearing the confusing of understanding from their pupils. Other than that, the other teachers

also could help us in delivering pupils feedback about this activity.

3. Pupils

Pupils are the most important factor to determine whether our programme is succeed or

not in obtaining it goals and objectives. As this programme is conducted to help in improving

their skills and knowledge in reading, the suitable number of participation from pupils will help

more. The pupils could help by encourage their friends to join this activity. They could be a

better influence to attract other pupil’s interest in joining this activity. The high flying colour

pupils could help the weaker pupils in practicing their reading and looking for the suitable

reading materials as their exercise before the activity. These groups of pupils also could help in

organizing and doing all the works before we run this activity like decorate the hall, organize the

chair and the others related jobs or works that need to be settle down.

4. PKG

Last but not least, the contribution from the PKG could help us in conducting this activity

as perfect as we could. PKG officers could advise us about the technical aspect to organize this

type of competition to the pupils at the school level. They could inform us about the latest rules

and regulations in conducting reading competition. They also could share their experience and

expertise in order to help us plan and organize this programme well. Besides that, the officers

also could help in choosing the suitable reading materials for the pupils. The materials that

could suit the ability of the pupils could gain the interest for the pupils to read more on the

English materials.

5. PIBG

Beside the school members, PIBG committee also could take part in helping us. They

could help us to explains and brief the parents to encourage their children to join our activity.

Better promotion and clear explanations about the benefits of joining this activity for the children

to the parents could lead to a better participation from the pupils. Parents could influence their

children and asks them to participate in this activity. On the other hand, the PIBG committee

also might sponsor some special prizes to attract the interest among the pupils to join in this

reading competition programme.
